DETAILED NOTES ON DUBAI KNAFEH PISTACHIO CHOCOLATE BAR

A review by the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Shopper Defense analyzed eight imported samples of 'Dubai chocolate', five in the UAE and 3 from Turkey. It found that every one eight samples were being regarded "defective". Five of the merchandise sampled contained fats apart from cocoa butter, which is not permitted in products labelled "chocolate"
